Step 1
Selection of a Vehicle:
You can select your vehicle from our stock list and click inquire now button, a window will open asking you for inquiry, please fill it and click send. In case you cant find your desired unit, send us an inquiry by clicking on the banner on bottom right side of page. Our sales staff will get back to you within hours, with the car details and pictures by email. Go through it and advise us if you are satisfied with the unit. In case independent inspection is required, we can get the car inspected and provide you with inspection report. Our strong network enables us to carry out all sort of inspections , according to your country import requirement , we can arrange inspections like Bureau Veritas, TBS inspection, Odometer Third Party Certification and New Zealand Pre Compliance inspection and if required on demand for your peace of mind Pre Purchase Inspections can be done from independent inspection companies on small charge.
Step 2
Invoices for the buyer:
Once unit is confirmed from your side, Please email us with buyer or/and consignee details, our staff will prepare a Proforma Invoice and will send it via email or fax within the same working day. Invoice would be including the FOB, CIF or CNF charges as per advised.
Step 3
Payments:
Upon receiving the invoice, please make full payment for your vehicles within one week of the purchase. Please also take note that we does not accept cheques. In case the purchased cars are not paid in full within the time allocated, hence we will not reserve the vehicle anymore For our bank account information and acceptable mode of payments please click HERE!
Step 4
Transport:
All our cars are parked at a centralized Export Processing Zones (EPZ), our EPZ staff provides packing and also stuffing services. Containers that are ready to be shipped out will be unloaded at our EPZ; the cars that you have purchased will be stuffed and shipped out at the earliest vessel available or the date advised). Shipment is only processed upon receiving of full payment.
Step 5
Documentation:
On receiving of full funds, if there is a requirement of inspection to your designated port, inspection will be arranged from authorized authorities. Full guarantee is provided that unit will pass the tests and will fulfill the import regulation standards. A copy of inspection once it is done, will be emailed or faxed to you for further reference. After one to two working days after the ship leaves the port of Singapore, we will get all the necessary documentation couriered to you for free of charge. Tracking number would be provided immediately after the courier is sent. We understand that every country has different legislation for the documentations required. We assure that our experience allows us to provide you with all necessary documents in a proper and timely manner.
